Basic Service doesn't cover these next items but Full Service does. These items can be added to Basic Service individually for a "negotiated fee" (estimated costs are below): *Video presentation system use combinations: small portable table (free when requested), DVD player ($10), Computer (with Powerpoint installed)($10) and Large portable screen ($10), up to one hour use of projector ($30) *Extra Meetings. One meeting is included. Others can be requested, in Basic Service quotes, at $75 per meeting. *Music that isn't presently in my collection. I can get music that isn't in my collection for a client and add the cost to the quote but most of my Basic Service clients bring music to the event for me to play. They have brought music in these forms: CD, CD-R, I-pod/MP3 player or USB flashdrive with MP3 files on it. *Bigger packages of Special Dance Lighting (like you would see at a dance club, with optional lasers and fog). $75 additional for a medium package and $150 additional for all the special effect lights I own. *Fog machine for use during inside dance events $25.00 additional *Keyboard, bench, and music stand for a soloist or accompanist to play on.($200.00) *Sound systems to accomodate musicians. (Price depends on the size of the sound system brought). *More than one sound system for separate locations. (Price depends on the size of extra equipment brought). *Magic Mic Karaoke system/TV hookup. (Karaoke hasn't worked well at events unless the client is SURE that there will be participation.) $25.00 additional for Magic Mic Karaoke (client can bring a TV monitor) or $50.00 additional Magic Mic Karaoke with a TV monitor set up for you or $75.00 additional for Magic Mic Karaoke with a projector and screen set-up (for use by larger crowds). *Party novelty items for fun and giveaways.(price per item additional plus $50.00 to order and bring them. *Game supplies. (Cost dependant on the game and it's requirements. *Stairs ($6.00 per stair additional) and difficult buildings to get in and out of (these will be reflected in a higher main quote). *overhead pop-up cover for the DJ system ($15.00 additional)in outside events. *providing my own power ($150.00 additional). (Generators can be loud at events so it's always best to find an outlet as a first choice.) *up to 24 Hula Hoops ($5.00 additional) and or a Limbo Set ($5.00 additional) *Musican skills! DJ Dave sings (baritone voice) and plays the Baritone Horn, trumpet, Recorder and Piano or keyboard. Quotes given dependent on the amount of need. |

| All professional DJs ask for a deposit to hold a date. My deposit is applied as part of the total quote. Some clients have paid the balance before their event so they can avoid dealing with money during their event. Others like the option of leaving the ending time of the event open so they can keep the music going if needed. They usually pay me at the end of the event. | |||||||
